How to record custom gesture in kinect toolbox using kinect v1 sdk code

I was wondering how i can record a custom gesture by using a start/stop button and automatically add it to the gesture detection list because i need to automatically detect a  gesture. The add it in my sign language program to file so I dont have to  use mathmathics to compare the gestures but just the data recorded to file against what the person is signing.

Is this possible?

My codeplex project is hosted here:

I need to make a recorder program for the gestures first to save the gesture to file. Then I need to read data from that file into memory and compare against the person that is signing.

Heres some code where it looks like you load the gesture saved from a file. So i just load replay data into the gesture viewer project to see if it worked according to this article with code or what do i have to do?

What changes must i make to the gesture viewer project to record gestures to file instead and then load them and then see if that gesture executed?

How do i save though the gesture to file? The recognizer doesnt save to file or have i missed something? Nevermind so it will detect my gesture if im the proper distance away?
